Most bachelorette weekends in Cabo end with a hangover and a group chat full of regrets. This is the day that resets the trip. A fully personalized wellness day filled with yoga, cacao, breathwork, sound healing, and a long lunch in the desert with the people who actually showed up for the bride.
You arrive. We hold the rest. The mats are rolled out, the cacao is steaming, the sound bowls are tuned, the lunch is reserved. Your only job is to be present.

Opening Ceremony & Intention
A grounding circle to name what the bride is stepping into and what each guest is here to hold for her.

Vinyasa Yoga
Ninety minutes of breath-led movement on the studio with the best view in Cabo. All levels welcome.

Cacao Ceremony
Ceremonial-grade cacao sourced and held with a guided practice. Heart-opening, gentle, and quietly powerful.
11:00 to 12:00
Breathwork & Sound Bath
Layered breath patterns into crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. The deepest rest most guests have had in months.
12:00 to 1:30
Farm to Table Lunch
Reserved at Flora Farms, Acre, or Tamarindo, your choice. We coordinate the booking and the transfer.

Nature Walk
A slow guided walk through the property to land the food and reset the nervous system before the closing.

Questions

How far in advance should we book?
Most bridal parties book 8 to 12 weeks out. November through April fills first. Send your dates and we will hold a tentative spot for 72 hours while you decide.
What if some of my guests have never done yoga?
More than half of every bridal party we host is brand new to yoga. The flow is taught for first-timers. No one is left behind, no one is judged, no one is forced into a pose.
Can we customize the flow?
Yes. The sample schedule is the most-booked version. Many parties swap the nature walk for a beach session, add a journaling segment, or build a longer cacao ceremony. We design the day with you on a 30-minute call.
Do you handle transportation?
We coordinate the lunch reservation and your transfer to the venue. Transportation from your villa or hotel to the studio is available as a paid add-on. Most parties book a private van with us.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit holds your date and is non-refundable. The balance is due 14 days prior. Final headcount also locks 14 days prior. Date changes are accommodated once when made more than 30 days out.
Can the bride or any guest book a private session before the wedding?
Yes. Many brides come in for a private session in the days before. Mention it in your inquiry and we will build it in.
